Terms & Conditions

The Following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern services offered by Sporting Ace – Shoe and Leather Spa, incorporated as Sporting Ace (hereinafter “Company”). By using this website or our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Definitions

We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to the Company.
“You,” “Your,” “Customer” refer to the individual using our services.

Services

Our services include cleaning footwear, bags, and accessories. Removable parts (laces, insoles, straps) are cleaned separately. Items are deodorized with anti-fungal sprays and packed in anti-dust packaging.
* Casual/Sports/Canvas items: Cleaned using a water-based process.
* Suede/Nubuck/Leather: Treated with appropriate dry methods.
* Customers should inspect their items before handing them over. We will notify you of any visible damage post-inspection.
Images shared in advance help expedite the process. Sporting Ace is not liable for unnoticed pre-existing damage.

Pickup & Delivery

Express delivery incurs an extra charge.
* Check articles on delivery; we’re not responsible for post-delivery claims.
* Report dissatisfaction within 24 hours; claims after will not be entertained.
* Delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for compensation.
⚫ Items unclaimed for over 3 weeks post-scheduled delivery will not be our responsibility.
* Customers must count articles during delivery.
* Conveyance charges vary by location and quantity, subject to Company discretion.
⚫ Pickup may be done via third-party agents.
* Customers must provide their own bags at pickup; delivery will be in Sporting Ace packaging.
Pickup confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp.

Cancellation of Order:

The Customer can cancel the order at any time before the actual pick-up without incurring any cancellation charges. Order Cancellation Timeframe:
If the Customer wishes to cancel the order, the cancellation request must be placed within 2 hours of article pickup Non-Cancelable Orders:
Once an order is punched and processed, it cannot be canceled.

Damages

While we aim for stain removal, 100% stain-free results are not guaranteed. We are not liable for:
Damage to fragile soles or old materials.
O Color bleed, skin peel, shrinkage, embellishment damage
Inherent flaws due to age, wear, or poor-quality manufacturing
In case of damage not listed above, compensation will be paid

Loss

* No responsibility for loss due to fire, burglary, or similar unforeseen causes.
⚫ Items must not contain valuables or cash.
⚫ Lost items will be compensated.
⚫ For last accessories (laces, insoles, etc.), a best-match replacement will be provided.

Payments

Bills will be shared via WhatsApp or Email (no printed copies).
Full payment is due upon delivery.
Prices include all applicable taxes.
Final bill amount may vary post-inspection.

Discounts

Flat 10% discount on 3 shoes or above.

Privacy Policy

Sporting Ace respects your privacy. We never sell your information. Any third-party services used (e.g., delivery, hosting) will only access data necessary for operational purposes and are prohibited from further use.
By availing Sporting Ace’s services, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
